Meet Eliana Lay, Graduate Counseling Intern
Hello, my name is Eliana and I am a Master’s-Level Counseling student who is honored to be invited into a story which is uniquely yours!
Do you feel like your anxiety or depression is keeping you from living your life to the fullest?
Are you finding it challenging to connect meaningfully in relationships?
Are hurts from your past still lingering?
You are not alone!
I commend you for taking the brave first step toward achieving greater wholeness. In our work together, I will meet you with absolute empathy, some humor, and a warm, non-judgmental stance.
I have personally reaped immense growth and comfort through therapy and I believe the same is readily available to you. Let’s journey together toward greater connection to oneself and others!
How Do You Help People Meet Their Counseling Goals?
I use a person-centered and strengths-based framework of therapy. This means I see you, as a fellow human traveler, struggling sometimes as we all do. I want to learn how it is to walk in your shoes, and through that process, help you feel less alone in your experience and stuck places. I believe in your abilities and resilience as resources you already have that we can uncover and hone together.
If you are interested in and request we incorporate faith and spirituality into our work, I have training in integrating Christian faith into clinical practice and am happy to support you in this way.
